Surgery Hours

clockAppointments with the doctors are usually available at the following times

  • Monday to Friday. Morning 9.00am to 11.00am
  • Afternoon 4.00pm to 5.45pm

NB Times may vary e.g. when one of the doctor’s is on leave.

The Receptionist will be available Monday to Friday as follows: - 8.30am to 12.00noon and 2.30pm to 5.45pm

Telephone advice is provided each weekday as follows: - 11.30 – 11.55am and 5.10 – 5.30pm. Interruptions during surgery times are upsetting for all concerned and you may be asked to call back if the doctor is busy with another patient.

How to make an appointment

Contact the receptionist (028) 9024 0030 who will arrange an appointment for you. If you feel that the matter is urgent and cannot wait for the next free appointment, tell the receptionist and she will inform the doctor who will advise. It is important that this facility is not abused as this limits our capacity to meet the urgent needs of patients.

Please be punctual, and if you are unable to keep your appointment, please inform the receptionist as soon as possible as someone else may need that appointment. Simply not turning up for an appointment is a waste of scarce resources and prevents others getting the care they need.
